It will be organized in such a way that you can stop in and peek around, read some more of our methodology, and then decide if you want to make any purchases for that school year.
We're envisioning a site that is organized by stages. Not only will we have links to most of the items (if you buy from us we will make a few bucks too), but we will have advice and other ideas for along the way!
Trust me you are going to love this!
In other words, what we hope to do is have a page for:
English (recommended purchases, library reads, ideas for success. All from reading to high school)
Math (recommended from k-12)
History (cycles explained, books to read, spines, suggested reading to buy and ones that you should just take out from the library, no-no's and more!)
Science and Health (This area will also have a lot of suggestions, ideas, experiments, purchases and library rentals (items not worth the buy, but worth a short borrow).
Music, Art, Physical Education, Logic, Communication, Foreign Language, Field Trips, Defending Your Faith, Highschool Transcript Help, and much more!
The goal is to make a site that is your go to for everything from the beginning to the end! Along the way, if you buy anything, that's okay too. But don't feel you have to. This site is going to much more than just a store. It's going to help you organize and decide where you are going to and build a plan.
We're hoping to have this thing built and up and running by May 1, 2018. Just in time for you to start thinking about the next year. Until then, I won't be blogging much. But, I'll be sure to write a blog as soon as it's ready!
Happy Homeschooling and don't forget to get outside and smell the flowers today!
Love to you and yours,
~The Turnage Family
